I'm Sarah McConnell, I have a home based and accessible ground floor

treatment room in the Northamptonshire village of Silverstone 3 miles from

Towcester. I offer a quiet, comfortable and relaxing space in which to unwind

and enjoy some wellbeing time.

I have over 30 years experience in the Healthcare industry, starting out as an

Occupational Therapist in the NHS.

My passion has always been Complementary

therapies and natural ways to maintain and improve health. Nowadays my focus is on

Natural therapies.

I trained in Bowen Technique with ECBS ( European college of Bowen studies) Now called CBS. I qualified in 2013. For the past 12 years I have been practising Bowen Technique and have added to my repertoire additional therapies which complement Bowen including: Core Postural Alignment, MSTR- scar tissue release and Dorn Method. 

I enjoy learning and updating my skills and have a keen interest in many other aspects of natural healthcare.
